The whole process, right from the wide array of designs, selecting the quality of gold and diamonds to final payment was not only painless, it was a delight. I am particularly impressed with the constant updates and 100% transparency in their dealings. There was a slight difference in the weight of gold in my original order which they promptly informed as well as deducted the necessary amount from the final payment.
Since I was a first time buyer, I was naturally apprehensive about the whole process, especially the delivery aspect but am pleased to state that going forward I will make my jewellery purchases only from Caratlane.
