I recently purchased a Gold Coin from Caratlane and was amazed at the way the entire order was processed. I placed the order in the evening requesting for an urgent delivery as I needed to present it to someone and it actually got delivered before the committed delivery time which anyways was earlier than the normal process. What I loved was the fact that I was well informed about the delivery details through mail along-with contact details of the agent who was going to deliver the product.
The delivery person was also very courteous and infact asked me if I needed to have it gift packed. Of-course there was no point having it gift packed from the warehouse/store because I needed to see it and hence he suggested he could gift wrap it after I have seen it. The product delivered was also perfect and to the exact specification as specified on their website. Excellent Service and great delivery timelines backed by great choices you get on the website. I am definitely a huge fan of caratlane and would definitely do more business
