The design over here is perfectly attractive and the prices very reasonable but I had a personal experience when I ordered an emreld gold ring from caratlane. when the product came it took almost 12 days to get delivered with very poor logistics services. so the ring which I ordered was comparatively small in size and looked a bit different than the image uploaded at the site. so when I reached out to the customer support services to seek their help, I had to hold on to the line for nearly 20 mins and when the agent responded he denied any assistance so I had to call back the Customer support service again and complained about the same. atlast I got some help and returned the product. the images can be misleading and can lead to customers dissatisfaction
