I booked a Honda mobilio in August 2014, with the Dealer at OMR - capital honda - Aadit auto; during booking they specified tentative delivery as 15-30 days. on completion of 15 days I called them for status. the response was lackluster. I kept my efforts till 25th day to call and get the confirmation of delivery; in between I visited personally to get the update. then on 26th day I raised the issue to Honda customer care with sales feed back form. Honda customer care allotted a number.
I use to follow up with this number - the customer care will escalate the issue - then they send e-mail stating dealer will address - dealer will say they are not getting any affirmative information from HONDA; this process is going on till now.
missing the delivery schedule is one part; but the entire HONDA is unable to give a tentative delivery schedule even after one and half months of booking is not up to any standard.
I am waiting for their tentative delivery schedule first, then expect to deliver the same as per their schedule already they missed their delivery commitment once, now they are not ready to commit a schedule.
