Guys I got my bike financed by capital first guwahati location. Everything was all fine till the first EMI, at the second EMI the company made unnecessary debit from my account of rs 50 every month. I tried to call the agent who did my paperwork but that guy told me thar he left the job due to somesome issues, now see guys its not my fault that I should suffer though the amount is nominal @rs 50 per month doesnt mean I will let it happen, I went to the christianbasti branch of guwahati city the office girla took my details and gave me a docket no for my complain and I was asked to leave, they also told me that my problem will be escalated soon via email. Till date I have not recieved any email, I again called the office numbers all I used to get to know is'sir please give ur docket no' we will call u with the escalation/resolution of your problem. It means that the company got an extremely faulty customer service. Better I willvchange my finance or let the finance end after 6months
