I have worked in 3 companies and Capgemini would win the race in case of the WORST COMPANY that I have ever worked with. In Chennai, work culture is HORRIBLE, senior managers are PATHETIC, hence attrition rate is huge there. No appreciations for ur technical ability.but only to people who do the JALRA.
Most of the senior managers/delivery managers are jokers without having much knowledge about what to do! Someone like Gopi Gangavalli was granted head of delivery manager promotion, he was the worst manager that I have worked with till date and I don't think I would find any manager worst than him in future!
Having said all these, I have received some great feedbacks from people working in Capgemini based out of Mumbai/Pune, they say this the best company by a long distance.
Facilities are great, telephone connection in each desk, machines, helpdesk, ambience is good!
Conclusion: Capgemini Mumbai/Pune -ONE OF THE BEST, Chennai - WORST
