This company offers you some role & gives you another role after on-boarding.
If you are a fresher, they treat you like you are fit for nothing & you have to accept whatever project they give you. Else they will threaten you with four rating. In order to save your job, you will have to be a SLAVE to the MANAGEMENT.
If you raise your voice being right on your part, it will hurt your manager's ego, you sound to be arrogant. If you keep quiet and butter your manager then you are entitled to have next level in this organization.
I started here as an Engineer, then I was forced to move into some crap role. I got an opportunity to move into my desired technology twice but my manager did not release me from the project convincing me with lame reasons.
They have a problem with everything in you & suck your confidence. They put you down every day & make u feel low about yourself. If you are strong enough, you will come out of the hell & run away from this company. I see many employees who are trapped there for years with a hope of onsite(tricky assurances by HR) & promotion. Management has such tacky ideas to retain the employees.
Right from Toilets everything here stinks. It is not a Process Oriented Company. It's people oriented. People never matter here, only results count.
What a work Environment here! People are also busy gossiping & spreading rumors. Specially for women it is not a company to work with.
Trust me if you join here as a fresher & come out, you will wonder what you have learnt here to apply the skills in next organization.
Senior Management is the Boss here and so is your manager.
If you are creative, have bigger dreams in your eyes & would like to achieve something in your life, please do not join this hell company that drains out your energy & makes you feel useless.
