I am associated with Capgemini Hyderabad from last 1 year. This is my 3rd company and first European one.
Very good environment and work culture, people are really supportive and keep themselves away from unnecessary politics.
Salary - you will get better than market
Job security- I will give 9/10 in terms of job security.
Career growth - Only growth in monetary and designation wise, not with technical knowledge.
Work Environment - Very flexible ad co operative.
Campus - All of the Capgemini campuses are very big and full of greenery, 10/10 for campus establishments.
Projects - Almost all of the work are purely support in Capgemini, it means no new things and no creativity only working with old functionalities and processes. If anyone is more than 6-8 years of experience then this is one of best company to teach juniors and move towards project management activities.
