Work culture is average but, recent happenings are unpredictable.
Why it is that new joiners with experience are targeted for LAYOFF's ???? This is worse ...
Worst LAYOFF's happened in 2011 and also specifically for new joiners with experience ... and this is ridiculous.
It would be better if the company takes back the 2011 lay'd off employees especially new joinees with experience. Also if targeted for layoff's company should target old resources(2 yrs or more) only and ... not new joinees at all for any reason. This is just and right thing ...
No notice period if lay'd off and also not asking about the priorities of the employees with 5+ yrs experience... Change on this attitude plz.
Management, don't hit the stomach of your fellow joiners ... in the company as we too also have the right to excel.
HR right time to act plz.
