Work Location - I am having a very bad experience working here.When I joined this Organization they never told me about their plans of moving to Talwade.As Morgan Stanley (client of CG) is located in heart of city so I had joined this place.HR is not transparent abt this so please dont fall prey if location is your constraint as now onwards all offices of Capgemini will be located in Talwade even Kalyani Nagar office is moving soon. Travel -> Bad transportation service.
It takes more than an hour to travel to Talwade due to bad route designs.Management is wasting lot of time of employees and travel dept members in planning route as they dont want to contribute a single penny to fix this issue.They are trying to change this since last 6 months but 'Work In Progress' and believe me it will remain forever.As they dont care for employees and dont value their time.What a new rule they have implemented now Morgan Stanley employees can not get into Capgemini buses and vice-versa.despite paying 1500 rs for transportation have to entertain all this discrimination Movement of Morgan Stanley office from Yerwada to Talwade- Pathetic plan.Just 1 month before employees were intimated abt this sudden change.False promises were made that the movement will be done very smoothly without creating any disturbance in routine but absolutely nothing happened.
Employees went through lots of problems.. right from scheduled date getting shifted every now and then, no intimation of the change in plans, Bad travel service, bad facilities in new office, phones not working, no network, bad toilets, bad condition of the Morgan stanley building, construction in progress, pathetic situation for employees. Facilties-You will not find basic facilites like no first aid box.Cg has 3-4 buildings in Talwade and I am suprised they just have 1 first aid box in one of those building, canteen not so hygenic, toilets badly maintained, no tissues anywhere in any CG . Growth -If you can butter your Managers, be his or her right or left hand ...doing clerical things for him then you have some chances of getting promoted.Invite him for some stupid drink parties and make him feel good the next day you will see how important you become for him:) Management of Morgan Stanley sucks.
Few people think that they own MS account and can alter or manipulate anything they want.I really feel sorry for them.Not at all professional work environment. Few recent incidences in new Talwade MS Office - Dont be surprise if your bus drivers are drunk and drive rashly in drunk state , recently we had an accident, dont be surprise mamagement may not take any action until 50+employees dont die in an accident or are in critical state. Kindly hold loads of patience as bus never runson time when its time to go back home from office.Its so regular to see bus running 30mins to 2 hours late( this is not at all exaggerated it has happened and will continue to happen).30 mins is something very regular. Dont be surprise if you find some snakes or something else near your chair ..you really need to be animal friendly if u join CG and also have to be courageous once u join this Org. Dont think of raising your concerns for anything and to anyone as they will pretend to hear but not willing to provide any solution.
It's easy to have 'Work In Progress' board:) Proper Government office. Apart from 3 hours travel + 9.5 working hours+ late night client calls + delay caused in process for waiting bus to start ...if you are ready for giving so many hours of urs for CG you can surely join this place and F your personal life and health.
