A friend from my close group is working for this company and he gave me negative reply about this company.
when he taught me about that the salary and benefits there are irrelevant behavior of seniors regarding the salary package of their juniors means they provide less chance to get promoted within the company.
no job security at all you have to work more and suddenly you found that you are not even in the list of permanent members.
not chance to grow your career.
working environment is not so cool and you have to face many problems to adjust yourself.
at last COE is not good they are making benefits not for their employees.
