The management plays games with the lives of people. They think that human resources are very easy to find and can throw away anytime they like. They charge highly to clients and hence even the client you work for dont respect you and try to get rid of you.
So my best advice to all is "Even if you get a good package, dont join...." There are comparatively good companies out there. But stay away from Cap India for sure!!!
