This is one of the wonderful camera i have ever handled . The speed of focussing the human like faces even at long distance zoom, as well as the sharpness of focussing in the super macro mode is really amazing. The shutter release time is also quite low. Above all the special tilting back display panel is the most useful feature in any situation.
Since the camera is a bit heavy one can keep the hand quite steady in low shutter speed! .. It is also quite economically priced compared to many of the latest aim and shoot type of digital cameras in the market now. I have taken a lot of long zoom shots as well as some grasshopper and flowers in super macro mode. Both have come out so well that i could see many other features of the subject (after transferring the photos to my computer and zooming on the screein) which i did not see while taking the photos!
