I had purchased the canon printer a year ago and had a very bad expereince .
Its sopped workign whin I refilled the color cartaliga 3 times and when I called the customer care they said that you will need to change the cartilage both color and black anf the price is near about 2500 .
I told them that my blace cartilage is good then whi I need to change the blace one they said due to chip priniting history u nedd to change both or else it will not work .
Finally I was sold it for rs 1900 .
