Very good printer. One thing I would like to suggest to my dearer friends that do not upset your mind after reading negative reviews. I am just giving some prond and cons about this printer.
Prons: - I saw the review of customer that customer support is very bad and they do not take proper care toward the part of customer and customer would have to install the printer itself and I did itself, result printer was installed properly and caused to waste lots of colour ink. I did not talk to customer care because of their negative reviews of customer. This was becomes bog fault of mine. When I did contact to customer care tried to please very much and on very day send an engineer for installing my printer. An engineer said why you did try to install your printer again and is working very fine. Now I am giving some prons and cons about the printer:
PRONS
Nothing to worry about ink to be remained after several printing ink does not change its position.
Black and colour printing is very much sstisfied, I used to get photo printing what extant print was there I can't explain here,
Printing time is very fast although it takes time to print the first page.
Gorgeous looking and inktank is made inbuilt inside the printer while ever in other printer like Epson and brother, inktank is made out side of printer causing consumes extra space and looking very odd.
CONS
1.Nothing more cons but at the time of first installing your printer consumes lots of colour ink if you try to install by yourself, better you can call customer care.
You want to save the more consumption of ink then will be better always keep this printer with power supply and only off your printer from off and on button of printer. Don't worry it will not take more power, if you don't take this method then when you will start your printer after some time then it will again start charging ink and will consumes ink. So avoid to self installing.
It's weight is so heavy due to its technology. Believe 100% because of its japani technology.
