The best things I like about canon cameras are that their photo and video quality are simply superb. This DSLR Canon EOS 700D has a movable display screen. You can rotate it according to your needs. I personally found it very useful while making videos for you tube because at the time of recording I can see myself in it because of the movable screen. Apart from that now a days Canon provides two lenses for free with the camera, but instead of that I would suggest you to buy an STM lens if you are in for video recording or else the default lens are very good for photography. You can also record slow motion videos at 60fps apart from that it has 6 focus points which comes handy during photography. If you have already used point and shoot cameras, then I would strongly recommend you to go for this one.
