So canon 1200d is the dslr( Digital single lens reflex) type camera which comes with decent features which a starting budget camera should have. 18. 1 MP sensor works great in both outside and indoor situations. when it comes to functions. it have all. easy to use. value for money. great to learn photography. Battery is average. but if u are thinking for a long tour then u must have to buy another battery. overall the performance is great. dont forget to buy its 55-250mm lens. this camera work as the beast with this lens in outside conditions
