I am not a professional photographer and not even interested much in photography. But I do own a Canon EOS 1200D DSLR camera, so do not expect this review to give you a detailed technical review, I will leave that to professional reviewers.
This is a layman's review. The body is very study and the grip is solid when you hold the camera in your hand. The build quality and materials used are premium and look good.
Price: It was launched at 40K but trickled down to 35K eventually. So it is not every expensive but also not cheap as a point and shoot camera.
The performance is brilliant and color reproduction is amazing. UI: I still do not know how to use 80% of its features and tend to use it as a point and shoot camera itself, but I get images of very high quality even without doing anything about it.
It has image stabilization and a powerful flash which helps amateurs like me in taking great shots.
It came with an additional lens as well, so I have 2 lenses: EF S18-55 IS II and 55-250 mm IS II.
The support is amazing by Canon and they even arrange free classes and seminars fur their customers which you can attend and learn to use your camera!
Verdict: If you have some money to splurge and want to take baby steps in the world of photography then go for it!
