I used to use Canola oil for frying potatoes sliced up
for making french fries.
I found Canola oil is not good good for you.
It makes your body feel bloated and very healthy.
Where therefore the better oils to cook are planters peanut
oil or sunflower oil.
Canola is not good for the heart or body.
I have not used peanut or sunflower as of yet, because it's
to hot here in canada now, I don't use the stove in the summer time.
If anyone is useing peanut oil or sunflower oil let me know now.
I am surely to use sun flower or peanut oil by planters.
As soon as the weather gets cooler here in canada.
My health is important to me.
People like my friends tell me that Canola is bad for the heart and body altogether.
So, I would recommend the peanut oil and sunflower oil to my friends and non friends.
It is a little costly, but , worth it.
