I visited this hardware shop named Candy Hardwares in Broadway. The hardware store is located in the Devaraja Mudaliar Street. They are specialists in Hardware, Architectural fittings and also in Modular Kitchen fittings.
The people in the Candy Hardwares like Syed, Ahamed are very nice people and based upon your requirements they suggest you the appropriate brand and fittings. When I told them that there wasn't enough space to place a horizontal fitting, they immediately suggested me to go for a vertical fitting. That suited my requirements. I was very happy with the suggestion. They handle brands like Godrej, Dorma, Polom, Faber, Hettich, Sleek, Enox, Sris Ma Fils, Milllon, Everite, Dorset and Ebco.
Later on, I came to know that my father also purchased from the same store when he constructed his house in 1994. I am glad that I purchased my fittings from the right store. It is very easy to get cheated in Broadway. it is not easy to find the duplicate from the original items.
Almost every store in Broadway is cramped in space and the parking lot is quite a distance from the store. But it is always worth the salt to walk the distance and spend some time in Candy Harwares if you are looking to customize the architectural fittings in your new home or if you are renovating your old home.
