I have applied for a policy online and paid the amount online. Up to the time of payment they contacted me many times. After payment they were not responded. on my continuous follow up they arranged for Medical checkup. After medical checkup they not responded. again I tried to contact them and then they told me that I have to pay further 1 lakh for issuance of the policy. I checked my Medical report and it was perfectly all right. Then I asked what is the reason for price hike. They told me that it was a technical mistake from their side. I demanded to refund the amount. But no response from their side and not yet refunded my money Rs.28861.
Do not buy policy from this frauds.
