5days I lost 16, 000+ while making an online transaction, immediately I called to customer care and told what had happend, they told it will be returned in 24 hours, the next day, when I called them they said, it takes 72 hours. I asked them as three days are bank holidays, will I get back in 72hours even in case of holidays.
They told holidays are not a matter. after 72 hours when I called them they said, as its sunday and bank holiday I will get on monday. when I called monday, they said I have to mail to some id and after 7 working days I will get. very bad
