No Sudden Peace!. Review on Can there be peace in a world of sudden terror

Can there be peace in a world of sudden terror?

Peace can mean so many different things to each person. What does true peace mean to you? Does it mean all nations and all people getting along side by side together in harmony? Does peace mean that all killings and crime comes to a halt? Or can peace mean that inside yourself you have harmony and peace?

Right now in the United States we are having our own kind of terrorism going on. We have a person or person’s going around the Eastern States of America killing individuals whom has never knew or done anything to this killer. I call him the East Coast Sniper. What he is doing is putting terror into the lives of all the people of Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Also terror into the lives of those states that are neighbors. Even our young children are at risk of being killed. Already the sniper has killed over 10 people and wounded 3. This type of killing reminds me of what Israel has been going through when they have a suicide bomber coming into their towns and killing innocent people. This person might not be killing himself when he kills people, but he is putting terror into the lives of those around that state and town.

Each nation has a different way of living, and each country has it’s own enemies and each country has it own type of terrorism. Will the terror ever leave? Will peace ever reign? I say No! No matter what we do as a nation, or what other countries try to do we will never end terrorism, and it will keep on growing. We can go and kill all those who harbor and help terrorists and we can try to help other countries get back on their feet, but that will not stop the terror. When we kill one organization, or group of terrorists we will always have another one sticking their heads up and causing everyone more trouble.

It’s a shame that a person has to be in fear of their own lives and their loved ones on a daily basis. God created us, but He gave us all our own freedom of thought and accountability. We can only have peace in the world if we have peace within ourselves. Each person needs to figure out what peace really means to them, and then try to live their own lives that way. I believe peace to me is having my loved ones next to me, and believing in God and knowing that one day I will not have to live in a world of fear. I live my life each day to the fullest and try my best to help others who are in need.

I don’t believe any country is better then the other and I don’t think that all Arabs or Afghanistan or African or Indian or German or Asian people are bad. I believe that we need to take each person individually and decide if they are the bad or the good one. We need to stop showing raciest views against religion and color and the way a country lives. Most the time you can’t help that you were born into a country that has big time problems, and fighting and wars are always going on. My heart goes out to everyone who lives like this. No one wants to live everyday in fear, and I believe that the government is the blame to why countries fight, why countries are in poverty, and why countries harbor and help terrorists.

Everyone should be free, everyone should be able to believe in what ever religion they wish, everyone should be able to come and go as they please. Everyone should be able to vote upon who they want to rule their country or be the head of their country. Organization is important to each nation, and the people who live their should have a say in what goes on in their towns, states and country. People should be heard, and dictators need to be stopped.

So will there be peace anytime soon? Hmm, I don’t believe so. Like I stated before we have way to many people who want to rule and take over other countries and have the power and glory. We will never have world peace, but we can have peace with in ourselves if we allow it. The world would be an awesome place if all countries got along, but do you really see this ever happening or at least anytime soon? We need to stop the blaming, I have read so many reviews were the author stated that the American Presidents are the cause of a lot of the wars around, and that the American people think they are so great and powerful. I’m not going to sit here and allow others to put down my country, as I’m sure you wouldn’t allow us to put down your countries. All I’m going to say on this subject is that America is a great nation and very powerful, but we do have freedom and we do have a “voice” when it comes to the people who live here. Why does so many people want to come to the US for school, work and marriage and lifestyle? If we are the blame for all the bad things that go on around the world then I can’t see anyone risking their lives to come here to live.

I’m blessed because I live here I believe that, but other countries can have what we have too if they voice their opinion and do something about the person who is in charge of their country. So to conclude this review, No there is no world peace anytime soon.
