I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase of Campus shoes. Within just three months of normal wear, the sole deteriorated, and instead of a proper solution, I was advised to use Feviquick, completely undermining the supposed quality of the product. Despite agreeing to bear repair costs after the two-month warranty period, the replacement insole added has made the shoes unbearably uncomfortable. Attempts to address these issues with the manager have been futile due to their convenient medical leave, and now I'm expected to pay for yet another replacement insole. This recurring inconvenience and financial burden, coupled with lackluster customer service, have left me with the firm decision never to buy from Campus again, and I strongly caution others against doing so
