Camlin Trinity - excellent pen, gud customer care. Review on Camlin Ltd

I have used several Camlin fountain pens in the past from my student days and have fond memories. I used a Camlin Trinity fountain pen about 4 years back for Rs. 75/- from a shop in Delhi Sarojini Nagar Market, and have safely preserved it. It writes very well and looks very nice. I wanted to purchase one more piece of the same model earlier this year and I could not find it in most shops in Chennai. So I visited Camlin website and wrote about this in the 'Contact us' section. The very next day I received a reply from the webmaster giving the details of concerned manager in Chennai. I also received several calls from their Zonal Business Manager - Chennai, who also promptly sent me an email since he could not talk to me on my phone. Later, I called him and got the details of the stockist in my neighbourhood.

I was reluctant to approach the stockist since all I wanted was one piece in one model and as we know, stockists deal in wholesale. But to my surprise, the stockist also received my request with glee and said not many people come around looking for fountain pens. So, I got my one piece of Camlin Trinity Fountain Pen with a lot of help from the company and its associates. Till date, this is the best reception by a customer care / company representative that I have experienced. And on top of all that, this was all for one single fountain pen of Rs. 70/-. The response of the people is amazing. I personally thank the readers for honouring my review with your reading time.
