I am giving my honest opinion about Cambridge Public School as I am an alumni of the same. I graduated from high school in 2013 with 95%. The school offers education till class 10. The teaching staff is entirely female, hence there need not be much worry about physical abuse of students. The school offers hindi and kannada as 2nd languages with english as its primary language. The students have to choose their 2nd language in 1st standard which you have to study till 10th. I felt that the education was quite fun and the teachers were very enthusiastic to teach. The various sections aren't crowded either with a maximum of 40 children in one section. It also offers hindi, kannada and french as a 3rd language in 5th standard which you have to study till 8th.
The administration isn't too shabby either and field trips and picnics are organised almost every time at the end of the academic year.
The school doesn't offer many extracurricular activities. The school does have its own ground but it is at some distance from the school and not adjacent to it. The school doesn't offer much coaching for sports either.
The alumni network is pretty weak as I didn't get a single call from the school after collecting my certificates for any of their fests or events.
The infrastructure isn't too great either for the fees one pays. The donation before starting school is around 90000 which is pretty high and fees for extracurricular activities is collected although one doesn't take part in those.
Finally my verdict is that the school is very good for basic education and it strengthens one's basics in language especially. It is not one of those schools which gives you amazing exposure to extracurricular activities.
