I and some of my office colleagues happened to order food from the Place recently and we would not recommend their food to any one. I have had food from the best bengali restaurants in many cities but nothing seems to beat the dismal quality of Calcutta Cabiin in Kothguda Hyderabad.
We ordered food after getting the Menu by googling

The food was ordered at 6:30 pm and the person in charge( Sibu) confirmed that they can deliver the food by 7:30 pm or latest by 7:45 pm. I repeatedly told the person that we had a meeting at 8:15 pm hence very particular about the time. We asked Mr SIbu for the price to which he replied that he is not his PC, We insisted on him giving us a rough estimate as our budget was for about 850 Rupees. He never gave a proper reply neither did he mention that the prices mentioned in the Menu card was for Half plate.
To put the long story short the food ended up being delivered at 9:30 pm and the bill came up to 1250 Rupees. The quality and the quantity of the food was nothing like I had tasted ever before and we felt really cheated by the guys.
The different things ordered were as follows
Pompret - not at all recommended
Rice steamed - just an excuse for rice
Bhapa elish - couldn't have been any worse
Rui Maach - Was palatable and just about ok
We would recommend you not to order the food and better think twice before you do go to the place for eating out.
