This place has become one of my favourite because of various reasons . Beginning with the customer relation management, which I without a second doubt proclaim is the best . I had called up from kharadi to place order for a special customised cake n they had to bend bones to get it done in a limited span of time . Today again I ordered one and since the guy had my no he greeted and took care of what I needed, which is again a very good thing since it gave me a sense of belonging and importance as well . So a 4.5/5 for being in the right definition of business .
Quality of cake - chocolate truffle is something majority people like but not anyone can do magic with a fruit cake . Count my words you r in the right place if quality and quantity is what u r seeking .
Presentation - there is still room for presentation I am sure they can get better at it . This is one area they can do more about.
Pocket peace - if u absolutely love customised cakes and wanna convey the right feelings to ur loved ones, I m certain u wont mind paying . Its bit costly for the pocket peace but worth it.
Suggestion - I suggest they should give out some message options with the cakes, or anything to make the delivery more appealing and adorable .
