In the overcrowded Oberoi mall of Goregaon, Moshes is probably the only café with some quiet. It takes you away from the hustle bustle and the constant chatter of the food court to a more relaxed zone.
The ambience is, in my opinion, is nothing less than serene. With a mix of Arabic and French music played at a low decible, it the perfect place to take off your shoes and de stress.
The food is a mix of Arabic, French and Italian cuisine. They mainly serve breakfast, sandwiches and wraps. Some of my favourites here are spicy chicken crostini, grilled chicken with salsa verde but my all-time favourite is the pickled mushroom and the onion fondue which is absolutely mouth watering- A must try.
The Shashouka is an absolute delight, all the eggetarians must try it. The pancakes are light and fresh and served with the traditional honey and maple syrup. Also I cannot finish my review without mentioning my favourite drink at Moshes, which is limeade. A simple drink made with lime, ginger and some magical herbs which is mixed to perfection.
Moshes is famous for its dessert and the gooey chocolate cake, here, is a major crowd puller. During the strawberry season, they serve a sinful chocolate strawberry cheesecake which is out of this world. The chocolate mud pie will ruin your make up, but trust me, it is totally worth it?
