I was at B Block, Inner Circle, Cafe coffee day. It was a meet with my friends after more than an year and I really wanted to spend a good time. So we tried to order some drinks and found a busy cash counter where no queue was being maintained by the cashier, Jo pehle note dega won order paayega. When our turn we came to know that one of their machines is not working, Good bye tropical iceberg, so we did not get what we want and instead had to adjust with some other drinks.
Then their came the big choice of whether we need ice cream and/or chocolate syrup and had to decide it quickly because "peeche log khade hai" After 5-7 mins of giving us the ordered food one of the CCD personnel came and asked if she can remove the glasses which by then were only half empty. However we realized that a large group has arrived and there are not enough tables from them.To our surprise the personal came again and told she needs the table.
We asked her to call her manager, however the manager was with her and she said needs our table, I asked her give us an alternate place to sit, she said I am sorry but I am asking for the table because there are no places left. In a way she was asking us to get out of CCD. We then told her we are not done, we will finish our coffees in 5 mins and leave.
And that's what we did. I am wondering after paying so much and spending only half n hour in that place which included ordering and food preparation time we were asked to get out. If you can depute an usher outside then tell that person to inform the people about availability of seat inside the premises. This is totally ridiculous the first thing they need to learn is to serve their customers as they totally lack it
