I like to eat favourite candy bars also or anything, well not just anything.
You can enjoy anything you want without having to worry about getting fat.
It's all about excercising and not overdoing it on the product eating.
Common sense.
Then and again if your all ways on the couch filling your face, you deserve to get fat, don't ask for self pity,
you put it on yourself.
You can lose the weight if you wanted to.
It takes will power and self force.
Not to mention not to eat a lot of those Cadbury delicious
bars, I know, they are good.
Keep in mind,ok go for walks and excercise.
As long as you enjoy the great taste of Cadbury bars, do not over due it, it's with any food that you eat.
