As all other children I have been eating & enjoying Cadbury chocolates since my childhood. When ever I use to think of a chocolate , it always was suppose to be CADBURY. The quality at that time was good & satisfactory - that is - there was no complaints.
And now, when ever I think of having a chocolate , although I am tempted to have a Cadbury but my experience stops me. Lately when ever I have brough this chocolate I was higly disappointed. The company have changed the packing to make it more secured but what about the quality??? When I bought it (always a big slab), the chocolate was all white & brittle. I just cannot tell you how I felt. The feeling was so bad as if someone you have know for so many years have betrayed you. This happened more than 3 times & I purchased it from different shops at different places. It was total waste of money & I was full of disappointment.
When I went to the shopkeeper he refused to take it back saying 'quality is company's headache & they are here only to deliver what company produces.' As per my perception I believe its the manner in which the chocolates are stored & transported which is not good & spoils the quality. Cadbury is suppose to be a big & trustworthy company then how do I express them my concern for the quality of their product which they really need to take care about? Many a times I thought of writing it to their consumer cell but dropped the idea think may be next time but I guess, its high time that the company should realize where its lacking (if they even read those complaints)!! Until then I have started cherishing MARS !!
