First Bite Experience: I admire the standard Cadbury themed plastic package. What separates this pack from the regular ‘Dairy Milk Chocolate’ is the way it has Silk written on it. The pack clearly features a piece of chocolate along with cashewnut & raisin & you know what’s waiting for you in there.

Coming back to the first bite experience, every piece of Silk is elongated. It resembles a mountain minus the peak. ?? As you pop a piece in your mouth, the first thing you’ll notice that it just melts in your mouth. The presence of cocoa butter in the recipe does the trick. Taste is yummy & I cannot taste the milk at all. The texture is creamy & sugar is not much either. I like it! But what disappoints is there’s negligible presence of fruit & nut. They could have been more generous with cashewnut & raisins.i am loving this chocolate
