Cadbury Bournvita is one of my favorite nutritional drinks.Not only it taste great and chocolaty but it is also a very healthy too. This new Bournvita is clinically proven to result in significant increase in the level of prohealth vitamins like B2, B9, B12 and maintain positive iron status.Let me inform you guys that vitamin B9 and B12 helps to maintain healthy red blood cells while vitamin B2 aid metabolism and helps to release energy from food.
I still take Bournvita sometimes once a day with milk .I just add a spoonful of this bournvita to a cup of hot milk and stir it with spoon. I don't add sugar.I find it's taste very yummy and delicious.
