Yes you can use bournvita. It tastes good and many ppl dont like plain milk. it is safe. If you dont like plain milk then you can take milk shakes or milk smoothies containing fruit.
I like add some banana, apple, mango or strawberry pieces to cold milk and blend it till it becomes smooth. excellent taste! :-)
