How many of us remember this ad film and slogan.didnt our mummies always handed us a cup of hot milk heaped with bounvita before going to school.hey and remeber that chilled milk when we came home from school on a hot april day...didnt it taste delicious.ok so cadburys is one of the oldest brands around and of course living up to its name.
definately this drik is a very good alternative to those empty calories found in chocolates.its got fair amount of iron and calcium.nice flavour for fussy kids infact tastes better than other brands.even for elders who indulge into chocolates and mithais can put 2 spoons into skimmed milk when a craving hits...instead of eating a whole chocolate(250 calories)10 grams fat this drink is just (100 calories) 1 gram fat.
