Bournville is a dark chocolate. It is true that dark chocolates are very beneficial. Cadbury's Bournville has about 36% Cocoa which is very low for a'dark' chocolate bar.
A 100g block of Bournville has about 25% of your daily calorie requirement.
My verdict: Bournville would not be my pick if I crave dark chocolate. I would go for Green& Black's or Lindt.
In order to get the best out of a dark chocolate, eating one with atleast 70% cocoa content is recommended.
