Guys this is the worst company one could ever work for, I was hired in campus. they interviewed me for networking, all kinds of details and then put me to a voice process. Unbelievable. Later I was put in a project called Belkin it was really great project until they changed me and my team to another project because CSS lost their contract to Belkin. They did not pay us in full the package which was promised was 15 k I worked in that dump for 6 months not one time I received my full salary . They kept us on probation saying that it was a training phase for 3 whole months, paying not more than 9k . Do not even get me started on the way they treat their employees, they treat you like they own you and you are some kind of slaves. The so called SMEs are worthless they treat you like shiet. Promise you a 8 hr job and suck your blood for 9 hours and get this they DO NOT PAY for EXTRA HOURS or DAYS they call it increasing "productivity". They won't allow you to take leaves and tell you to compensate on offs . Even though you may have 15 days of general leave balance. If u take "uninformed" leave, even if it is for a valid reason they suck your brains out call you a million times and question you the next day like your their servants. Place crawls with jerks and womanizers, they discuss about booze, that is the wrong but they ask the team members to buy booze. Please do not even step near that company SAVE YOUR LIVES AND RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!
