The banks are involved in defaming genuine customers who are objecting to the malpractices by banks by spoiling their credit scores in CIBIL.
The amount of hassle involved in correcting the wrong info amounts to blackmailing.We need to file a defamation case if due to some frivolous issue with bank the bank sends in adverse report and the loan/credit card application is rejected by another bank.in the time of need. In the long term this strategy of bullying via CIBIL reports by banks will harm these financial institutions only.
