Let me talk about CIBIL today, its known as credit information bureau of india limited & governs every financial institution in India.
When some one doesn't pay hiis/her loans, EMI, CC payment etc on time the respective bank shares their customers data to CIBIL, so next time you apply for loan from some other bank CIBIL will show them your record & your loan will be denied, no matter how urgent & why you need it.
Ok I say what they do is Ok but do they understand why some was not able to pay his bills is the same treatment given to ambani's/adani's? Everyone knows how mantri/santri & their goons take huge loans & never pay yet they get loans from other banks? why?how?
Many co-operative bank are shut due to scams buy our politicians yet they again get crores of loan? Why doesn't cibil intervene in this cases?
ISI cibil only for middle class & poor people who are always ready to pay but need a second chance & helping hand by banks to help them raise their financial standards.
Cibil-let me tell you you are nothing, I know you can be managed & how still defaulters get loans, it's only the honest ones who are butchered.
I didn't pay bank's loans but I have credit cards,
pre- approved house-car & bike loan.
the government should intervene & make changes in CIBIL & ensure the big looters also meet the same fate which the poor has faced
