Ceef: Corporate Ethics & Essentials of Finance

Ceef is divided into three modules. For a student to become Ceef certified, he/she has to complete all the three modules.

A pre course study material in the form of book shall be provided to all students to read through the same. This shall ensure students reaching a basic level of understanding before undergoing the course. Generally, a 4-5 hr study on the pre-course material is enough for basic understanding.

Module I:

Module I comprises of the In house training. This happens immediately after the registration of a batch of students. In house training is conducted at your college campus.

In house training shall be delivered through one of the Ceef empanelled trainers. This will be a two-day full time event. Training shall begin sharp at 9.00 am in the morning and will continue till 6.00 pm in the evening on both days.

Training shall cover key concepts of Business Ethics, Communication, Finance, Law, Economics, Income Tax, Banking and Stock markets. All the topics shall be covered in an interactive learning mode environment. Group activities and case studies shall form part of the training to ensure effective and long lasting learning.

Students shall be required to make a group presentation during the second half of the second day of the session on topics mutually discussed on the first day.

Module I shall have a weight age of 40% in the final score of students.

Module II:

Module II comprises of the self study E-learning. After completion of the module I, students will be required to complete their respective E-learning modules. E-modules will make the study material 24X7 available.

The content is made available in interactive animated adobe flash format. There are a total of 15 modules, each of 120 minutes duration. The E-learning is self-driven mode where the student will learn on his/her own. The 15 modules are on different topics and have small self-tests at the end.

This module requires student to connect to Internet and login with his User id and password to begin the sessions. We recommend the student to complete one session in one go. The E-learning sessions are easy to navigate and understand.

This module imparts maximum learning to students and hence forms the backbone of Ceef Certification. We encourage students to raise doubts, seek clarifications and interact with students across the country through Ceef Connect while completing the E-learning mode. The fifteen modules are:

Corporate Ethics – Part 1 Corporate Ethics – Part 2 Communication for Executives Business Law Consumer Law Finance Vocabulary Essentials of Finance – 1 Essentials of Finance – 2 Essentials of Finance – 3 Essentials of Finance – 4 Communication Vocabulary Elements of Economics Elements of Income Tax Banking and financial management Stock Markets.

Module III:

Module III is the final certification test. This test shall be conducted at your college campus within 180 days of the Module I.

This test carries a weight age of 60% in the final score of the Ceef.
