Touted as the world's largest medical transcription company, Cbay has a culture were employees are treated as dirt. The business head of the company in Bangalore never loses an opportunity to deduct salary from employees.
They come up with innovative policies every few days to reduce incentives and allowances. I am working here for a few years, and not a month has gone without salary discrepancy. Incentive and shift allowance policies are changed right in the middle of the month or sometimes after the month has passed. Cronies and chamchas of Team Leaders are the only people who can survive as they get easy and big files alloted to them.
People in the higher management are people with no real skills and zero communication skills. In short guys looking for a career in Cbay, steer clear of this company. It will leave you frustrated and depressed.
