sold my car yr back and now suddenly a person jump into my house asking for RTO copy who has d car as I verified frm pic and he doesn't have any idea abt cars24 and struggling wid name transfer
while asking whr he got the address, he got it from RTO office which is again scary . this person was ready to file complaint bec the person he bought car from is nt picking his call .
upon calling the
@Cars24Support
they jst say car is safe and due to internal process they can't disclose anything.I asked them to at least verify if car is with they agents which also they refused .they suggested to file police complaint.
if this I had to do then do I need to sell to @cars24india
. they claims to do the name transfer within 6 months bt more than yr passed .so tomo if smthng happens then I dn't kno wat help they do as they have only rply "car is safe wid us"
plz share it for wider reach so others can take pre caution while selling online bec they won't do d name transfer until they get buyer watever they claim and the help u can expect frm them
