Very Very Very bad experience.
My child is in UKG
On 29th May 2022 a Mentor name Sreeraj called me (This guy is not even attending my calls)
and after saying NO many times I got into his trap that
"after using Byju's material for 15 days, if I don't want then they will help to cancel process. On this condition I agreed to take Byju's product.
After a week my wife spoke to the Mentor for cancellation, even I also, they are saying some manager will call at the of the day. They call and we say please please start the process for cancellation.
So so irresponsible people, today 2nd July 2022, my EMI started for Rs 73000.
From last 20 days, I am calling on customer care number 92435 00459 each and every person is repeating the same thing that some Sr Manager will call me at the end of the day and I haven't got call till this date. At the end of the day I receive a message
"Dear Aarav This is a call from BYJU'S. We tried reaching you on your registered phone number to discuss your learning progress and take a feedback. Please reach out to us on 9243500459 to take this forward. Regards, Team BYJU'S."
A customer is requesting to help and no positive reply from anyone.
Byju's is only, only focusing on their sale with making false promises and make a customer. No no help to a customer.
Very disappointed. I think many parents have faced same experience.
WE parents spend money on our kids to education but seems we are getting into trap of these people who has made this education as BUSINESS.
If no senior manager calls me and help me in cancellation then I will raise a complaint in Consumer Court.
