Money making buisness, harrassment and torture. Review on Byju'S

Having a bad experience with these guys till date. Had enrolled for this program. We could not pay the lumpsome amount so my husband and I were told about it being a one time offer and needs to be decided the very same day and that we could take a loan from AVANSE at 0%interest since it was for our kids benefit and we could not pay the whole amount as it was a long term program(5-10 & 8-10) we agreed with the loan paid 23, 800 in cash the remaking would be taken care of as the program progressed. When we tried calling on the numbers to inform we could not get in touch immediately, so when we were called on the 1st week of December by the executive my husband informed the executive about terminating the program and she said we had 2 do it in 15 days of which we were not informed by the representative. So after speaking to the AVANSE executive she told us that they were not informed about the termination and need to speak to BYJUS about it so again and then AVANSE WOULD be informed about the termination so we did as told but BYJUS havent informed them till date and we get harassed with calls mails and messages from both BYJUS and AVANSE about not paying the loan if BYJUS is not ready to inform AVANSE about the termination why should I pay when I'm not using their program. I even told Jay that to send me the address to send back their stuff which he hasnt. Both my kids are special one has ADD/LD/DYSLEXIA and the other kid has ADHD/LD/DYSGRAPHIA/DISCALCULA. The representative Jay Shah along with his colleague who came to our house was told about this and he said that this program was made to benefit kids and it would help them because they would design it for them in that way but it's made matters worse. My kids have got a warning which says that the kids grades are unsatisfactory and attitude to work must change if they wish to continue in the ICSE stream of studies. I'm not saying my kids were geniuses but they did fairly but after joining BYJUS it became like added studies and burdened/taxed their brains alot more. I wish i had spoken to my kids therapist around that time but was busy with personnal stuff. But the moment i told her she asked me to terminate and i did so immediately. parents please note that BYJUS is not for every kid. Every kid is different n kids with ADD and ADHD should not get involved with this program. This program is not designed for them at all. BYJUS and AVANSE has messed up and affected each of our lives for the worst. The executives call and speak badly at times but we as of now have still stood by our decision to not pay as we consider the program terminated. I want them to stop harassing us and terminate this program without causing any trouble as they already have done more than enough. If this is not sorted I'm going to upload the picture of the representative and conversation my husband has had with him. So that they know how words are used to whitewash your brains. Education is meant to spread wisdom and knowledge not make it a buisness to robbing people of their hard earned money by sweet talks.
