Well I was part of online coaching program by byjus. So after I had the payments settled I got my sd card preloaded with their educational content.
But the only time I could use it was the first time I installed their app. Every attempt to play the video after that was not succesful. I contacted the byjus support team severall times and their response was quite poor.
Their technical team said that my device had a chess game which is a very resource hogging app thus prevented the app from loading videos! the lamest excuse had I ever heard from a technical person.finally after nearly 5-6 re tries with the byjus team I decided to return the product and requested a refund! What a waste of time!
