By the Blue is the pool side resto-bar of The Grand Mercure, which serves an amazing Sunday Brunch experience. They serve amazing food with live chat, pasta and grill counters.
At Rs.1300 per person for a brunch with non alcoholic beverages is a bit expensive I think. The only downside besides pool being the mosquitoes that occasionally disturbed us.
