I ordered for a samsung phone, made the payment through credit card on 01-Nov-12. They did not ship even after 5 days. When repeated attempts to contact over phone and email, they never replied to any mail, and fortunately got a chance to speak to their customer service one day, they say stock is not available and the order will be delayed. So I cancelled the order and they assured to transaction reversal in 4 days. But till now I had not received the payment back. As a last resort I had to raise a dispute with my credit card bank.
They try to lure customers by quoting less for their products and cheat them by taking all the money. Big frauds. What is the department of Commerce doing when such frauds are operating in the country right under their nose.
