My Bitter Experience With ONIDA Company


I have purchased an Onida LCD 32 inch TV on 06-02-2015 and the TV got complaint just after 4 months.I have lodged the complaint on 18-07-2015 through their toll free number 1800300XXXXX(My complaint no 1507C706380138).


The concerned person arrived in my home and after his checking he told us to replace a part in the TV .Even after 16 days up to this time the part is  not replaced and while asking them the reply we get is the part is not available.


Yesterday again I have contacted their toll free number and the reply I got the same.I wondered, I have purchased this product just 5 months back and after 5 months the part is not available.This is very poor customer service and clear cheating. I didn’t recommend any onida products to any of my relatives and friends in future.I didn’t expect this type of poor customer service from this company.
