With all excitement, I pick my first SMART TV - this was a long wait to ensure I get the best. However, it is not even a month that I picked this Samsung TV from Reliance Digital (Phoenix Market City Mall) store in Bangalore.
I can't watch the TV, as per the service technician I believe the PCB needs to be replaced. It has been a most horrid experience with the Samsung customer team or the Reliance Digital after sale service - please avoid any products from them.
It is going to be a month next week and I have only been made to run from one service number to another to have a solution. Customer teams suggest it is the technical team that needs to resolve and the technical team suggests it is the head office. Absolutely no ownership nor any commitments that you can expect from these companies.
Please please don't waste your money & time.
